Monrovia, March 24, 2020: Investigative Survey Notice

The general public is hereby informed that the Liberia Land Authority (LLA) has duly authorized licensed Surveyor Andrew T. Salay #096 (Government Surveyor) to represent the Liberia Land Authority in an Investigative Survey involving Mr. Foday Dawo, Rev. Eugene Bettie and Mr. Paul Kangar.

The survey is scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2020 at the hour of 10:00 AM.

The Land in question is lying and situated within the settlement of the fendell, Township of Louisina, Montserrado County.

The parties surveyors claims are as follows:

• Mr. Foday Dawo, Administrator of the late Charles Baxter Intestate Estate, represented by Surveyor Sam G. Paye Lic #087 with claim to six hundred and five pint six five (605.65) Acres of land and more. • Mr. Paul Kangar, Administrator of the late Wallie Boye Intestate Estate, represented by Surveyor Alfred G. Juweh LIC #070 with claim to Ten (10) Acres of land and no more. • Rev. Eugene Bettie, Administrator of the late Varney Sonnie Inestate Estate represented by Surveyor Samuel W. Danway, Jr. LIC # 075 with claim to Two (200) hundred acres of land and no more. • The Government Surveyor (Andresw T. Salay LIC #096) will cover up those without Surveyor.

All Adjacent parties and those concern are ask to be present with their Deeds, Documents, Diagrams and Technical representative (Surveyor) on the date and time of the Survey (March 27, 2020) at 10:00 AM.
