Monrovia, August 18th, 2020: PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Management of the Liberia Land Authority (LLA) wishes to inform the general public that all land related services which were temporarily suspended as a result of the State of Emergency announced by H. E Dr. George Manneh Weah, President of the Republic of Liberia, are hereby resumed.

The general public is also informed that all land services being provided by the LLA across the fifteen counties of Liberia including Survey, Deed Registration, Title Search, etc. are hereby resumed effectively August 17, 2020.

As part of the health protocol to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, the management of the LLA also wishes to inform its essential staff across the fifteen counties to continue following the measures below in order to stop the spread of the virus:

1. Wear face mask during working hours 2. Wash your hands with soap as often as possible 3. Use hand sanitizer at all times, and 4. Avoid shaking hands or close/physical contact with people during working hours

Furthermore, the LLA management wishes to inform the general public that it has relocated its Head Office from the Clay Building, Sekou Toure, Mamba Point to the Old Ministry of Commerce and Industry Building, located at the intersection of Ashmum and Gurley Streets, down town Monrovia.

Accordingly, the general public is informed to come to the Customer Services Center at the LLA new location to transact business.
