The three-day conference, being held from September 25–27, 2026, brings together members of the Liberian diaspora community, senior government officials, development partners, private sector actors, and other stakeholders to discuss ways of turning partnerships and commitments into practical development.
The conference comes as the Government of Liberia continues to strengthen its engagement with the Liberian diaspora community and attract investment, technical support, and stronger development partnerships.
Speaking briefly about the conference, the LLA Chairman said the LLA’s participation is aimed at strengthening partnerships and mobilizing support to improve Liberia’s land administration and governance system. He said the land sector remains the foundation to national development since it provides the space and security needed for investment, infrastructure, agriculture, housing, and other economic activities.
The conference which is being held under the theme “From Dialogue to Delivery” will culminate in a Presidential Town Hall with H. E. Amb. Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr. The engagement seeks to transform ideas into commitments, commitments into partnerships, and partnerships into tangible opportunities as the government advances its AAREST Agenda Inclusive Development (AAID)
